The solution for peace is disbandment not disarmament. A truthful look reveals that arms are not the problem. Arms don't kill people, people kill people. Let's quite blaming the inanimate objects and lay the blame where it belongs.
The shady characters like George Bush (King of the World) and other subversive terrorists have infiltrated government, police, media, banking, business, drug trafficking, transportation, Vice (prostitution and gambling), arms dealing and are involved in the disruption of national governments, just like they're doing in Canada now.
They do these things covertly (hidden) and gradually, so we won't notice, through screwy laws (Chapter 19, Statutes of Canada), misunderstood, unknown secretive treaties (FTA, NAFTA, GATT, CODEX), and government coupes (Kennedy assassinations and others).
There is No Peace Dividend, there is no Peace, until the Cold War is truly over. The Cold War will be over when we demand, have disbanded and illegalized the CIA, MOSSAD, KGB, SAVAK, KCIA, JCIA, MI5, MI6, BTF, secret military hit teams and all other secretive government terrorist organizations around the world. Until then, I'm afraid disarmament is a "red herring" farce. We need our armaments to protect ourselves from the "Spooks" (spies) of the world.
