Law is community force to protect your creator-endowed unalienable human rights of life, liberty, responsibility and property (property is an extension of your faculties and industriousness).
Law is perverted when it is used to plunder (legally, carrion pick) the weak of the community, to confiscate or control the life, liberty, responsibility or property of the less fortunate.
This legalized plunder by the strong is usually done under the pretext of the "public good" to correct or right inequities in society by giving special concessions to special interests in the form of status, privilege, and welfare instead of honest money, gainful employment and dignity for everyone.
The interesting point of all this is that these inequities in the system they attempt to correct are only the results of previous plunderings (people enslaved, foreclosed upon, bankrupted, unemployed, their property seized, become destitute and dispossessed).
The oppressed become the oppressors; history is rewritten, schooling and knowledge are propagandized and the cycle continues. We must break this cycle; to do that we must identify what it is and from where it comes.
